People I work with come to me feeling stuck - second-guessing every decision, replaying conversations in their heads, or feeling like they’ve lost touch with the version of themselves they want to be. Sometimes it’s a big life change, sometimes it’s a quiet, constant heaviness, and sometimes it’s the grief of losing someone - human or animal - who meant everything. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that connection is one of the most powerful tools for healing. I draw from evidence-based methods, yes - but also from lived experience, intuition, and the connection we build together.

I help people find their voice, challenge that relentless inner critic, and take steps toward a life that feels more like their own. This space also honors the profound bond between people and animals - whether it’s exploring the role of an ESA or navigating the grief of losing a beloved companion. Every one of these relationships deserves to be recognized.

As a daughter of an immigrant, I understand how culture, identity, and lived experience shape our stories. Each person I work with adds to my understanding of what it means to be human. You deserve a space where your whole self - your identity, your history, your joy, your pain - is truly seen. Therapy doesn't need to feel clinical to cause change- it can be creative, playful, and HUMAN.
