Bella Valore Therapy specializes in individualized treatment for each client and couple, intermixing holistic practices with evidence based psychological healing interventions. This creates a safe space to explore needs, desires, relationships, traumas, and more, by bringing awareness to the self. We can then identify patterns, communication, internalized belief systems, and thought processes in which we operate. Treatment can include a variety of holistic modalities to create healing that has never been possible before. This will allow yourself the time, space, and attention it takes to find healing and create the meaningful changes in your life that you desire.
Chauncey is a graduate student intern beginning her work with Pure Health Center. She is passionate about working with teens and adults through all of life's highs and lows. Chauncey’s approach is person centered, collaborative, and community oriented believing that healing is non-linear and happens best in relation to others. She understands that clients know themselves best and works to help clients live in their unique truths. While predominately person centered, she uses a mix of ACT and DBT to work with those who have experienced trauma, mood disorders, grief, emotional dysregulation or to explore identity formulation and familial dynamics. She particularly enjoys working with marginalized populations such as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse folks. Chauncey has spent the past year working with The Family Institute. She is currently earning her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on child/adolescence at Northwestern University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services at DePaul University. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her cat, cooking, reading, connecting with friends, and catching up on reality TV.

Welcome! My name is Caitlin and I'm a clinical psychologist that specializes in cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), especially in the treatment of anxiety and related struggles. I mostly work with young adults and college students. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify active goals for treatment, with a focus on living a life that is flexible, fulfilling, and guided by one's values. I strive to create a supportive and strong therapeutic bond with my clients by using warmth, unconditional positive regard, compassion, and some lightheartedness and humor, when appropriate. I have extensive experience in providing CBT therapies, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), mindfulness, self compassion, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing. I would love to schedule a complimentary initial phone call to learn more about you, tell you about my approach, and answer questions you may have, and we can together determine if it feels like a good fit. If it feels like everyone else got the handbook for adulthood except you, you're not alone. I work with young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and relationship stress. You might struggle with intrusive thoughts, panic, people-pleasing, or the pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we'll move beyond insight by building practical tools, facing fears gradually, and creating healthier patterns so you can feel more confident, grounded, and free to fully engage in your life. Our work is collaborative, supportive, and focused on real change. Together, we'll understand the patterns keeping you stuck while building practical skills to regulate your nervous system, face fears, and respond differently to life's challenges. Therapy isn't just about talking—it's about helping you feel more confident, grounded, and free. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're used to handling everything on your own. You don't have to keep carrying it all alone. If you're looking for a space that's both supportive and practical, where we can work toward meaningful change together, I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit.
