We specialize in working with those navigating the tricky terrain of growing up—dealing with friendship shifts, school pressure, big emotions, and the journey of self-discovery. Many of the clients who find us describe themselves as high-performing yet often struggling with things such as: suspected or diagnosed ADHD, chronic anxiety, burnout, and who are seeking balance amidst life's demands. I am also passionate about helping individuals explore how their cultural and ethnic identities and upbringing interplay with their mental well-being, including the experiences related to cultural identity and navigating multiple cultural spaces. My background as a teacher, HR professional, writer, wife, mother, and therapist has broadened my empathy and understanding of diverse experiences. I graduated with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University and am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), a well-researched method for trauma.
